Mostly everyone wants to shed some weight. But very few take the action to actually lose the weight. Many people say I will wake up an hour earlier to go jogging in the morning. Then when the alarm clock hits they turn it off and go back to bed. The few who actually do get out of bed and go jogging are actually the ones who have a strong desire to succeed.

The same goes for business, everyone wants to have a successful business but very few actually put in the work or the time to build a successful business. Many people would rather procrastinate and relax than have to put in the extra effort to succeed. Everyone has 24 hours in day, how you make use of the time is entirely up to. Many people complain that they do not have the time to build a successful business. The truth is they do not have the desire or will power to build a successful business. If you really want to have a successful business and become wealthy there is nothing that should or would get in your way.

If you want to succeed you must burn all your bridges and go after what it is you want. You must go all or nothing. You must be motivated about what you are doing and what it is you are trying to accomplish. This is the only way you can succeed. You cannot go into anything half way you will not make it. I truly believe anyone who is willing to work at their business can make a ton of money. The problem is most people do not want to work towards their business, they just want everything handed to them. Which explains why so many people gamble and play the lottery.

It takes pure will power and determination to build a business. You must be willing to go against the flow and tune out any negative feedback you maybe getting from those around you. Building a business is like climbing Mt. Everest. There will be tough times and moments when you will want to call it quits but once you reach the top, nothing else in the world compares to it. If you stick it out and work daily you will succeed.

Think about it, I have seen pay plans where you have to match legs, build legs of 7 and all kinds of sophisticated compensation plans which only benefit the owners of the company. Companies that have the compensation plans where you must match your legs are complete scams. Many people have enough trouble trying to build distributors as it is, then asking them to match the legs makes it nearly impossible for the average person to make any real income.

A majority of these companies are based purely on recruiting. The more people you recruit the more money you make. Recruiting is the biggest sham out there. In order for you to be successful in the recruiting business you would have to recruit 20 to 50 people a week. You would need to go through hundreds of prospects a week, just to get 20 new signups a week. Many people are not capable of doing this. So let's say you could build downlines of 20 to 50 new recruits a week. In order for you to continue to make money you would have to have a productive downline. If your downline is unproductive you aren't making any residual income, it's that simple. Building a downline takes a huge amount of work and recruiting.

So how do you find a legitimate home based business? Simple sell products or services. That should be your main focus instead of focusing on recruiting distributors. Build a customer base. When you are selling a product or service people are just expecting to have their product or service fulfilled. They are not looking to make money, they just want to purchase your product. And as long as you have a solid product you will always have a solid income base. This is how you build a true home business, not by trying to recruit your friends and family into some pyramid scheme. Even if you are successful it is virtually impossible for everyone you recruit to make money. So you will have a bunch of unhappy recruits.
